How it works
Get your link
Sign in and open “Refer friends & earn” in your account. Your personal link and code are there.
Share it
Send the link to friends or post it wherever you like. Anyone who opens it and creates a new account is linked to you. The code can also be entered at sign-up or at checkout.
Friends buy
For 365 days you earn on every purchase they make on DMarketplace, not just the first one.
You get paid
Your share counts 14 days after delivery or shipping. From 20 USD we pay it in USDC on Base to your account wallet.
What you earn
You get 6% of the price of each item as long as our margin on it is at least 6%. When it is smaller, you get that margin minus 1%. That keeps every purchase sustainable for us too.

Example: your friend buys a 50 USD merchant product, you earn 3 USD. They buy a 50 USD gift card with a 5% margin, you earn 2 USD (5% − 1%).
If your friend uses a discount code, your share is calculated on the discounted price. Both can be combined.
When and how you get paid
- Your share counts 14 days after delivery (gift cards, eSIMs) or shipping (merchant products, merchandise). Until then it shows as “On hold” in your account.
- From 20 USD we pay out in USDC on the Base network to your account’s EVM wallet. An account without an EVM wallet keeps collecting until one is connected.
- If an order is refunded or cancelled, your share of it lapses. Amounts already paid for it are taken from your next payout.
- Your earnings, referred friends and payouts are always visible under “Refer friends & earn” in your account.
Who can be referred
- New customers only: the code must be used within 30 days of signing up and before the first paid order.
- Each account can be referred once.
- Guest checkouts don’t count. Your friend needs their own account.
- You can’t refer yourself, other accounts of yours or accounts on your own network. Referring each other is not allowed.
- Every customer account can take part. There is nothing to sign up for.
We may block referrals that break these rules.
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost me or my friend anything?
No. Your share comes out of our margin. Your friend pays the same price as without a referral.
My friend didn’t open the link. Can they still be referred?
Yes. They can enter your code at sign-up, on their “Refer friends & earn” page or at checkout, as long as they are a new customer (30 days, no purchase yet).
Why USDC on Base?
USDC is pegged to the US dollar and transfers on Base are fast and cheap, so your share arrives without price swings.
How long do purchases count?
365 days from the day your friend was linked to you.
